Harmonique is a fully equipped studio with all the Pilates Apparatus; it offers a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere ideal for the Pilates discipline and method which; encompass the principles of Balance, Breathe, Concentration, Centering, Control, Efficiency, Flow and Precision. Personal Training is offered in home or at the fitness club and focuses on muscular strength and endurance, body composition and flexibility. Boot Camp classes are held outdoors and focuses on cardiovascular endurance, strength and agility .
